India set to leapfrog in electric car production
It is reported that India is set to become the world’s 4th largest electric car producer.
The Rhodium Group, an independent think tank that conducts research and analysis on global economic and policy issues, has revealed that their target is 2030.
They have indicated that India’s demand for electric cars will increase by between 1.1 and 2.1 million units in the next five years.
The analyst group says that India’s electric car production capacity will increase tenfold to 2.5 million units by 2030.
China is the world’s leader in electric car production, followed by Europe and the United States.
It is reported that if India wants to invade the export market, it will have to reduce costs and compete fiercely.

2030 වසර වනවිට ඉන්දීය විදුලි මෝටර් රථ නිෂ්පාදන ධාරිතාව ඒකක මිලියන 2.5ක් දක්වා දස ගුණයකින් වැඩි වන බවයි විශ්ලේෂක කණ්ඩායම පවසන්නේ.
ලොව විදුලි මෝටර් රථ නිෂ්පාදනයේ ප්රමුඛයා චීනය වන අතර, ඔවුන්ට පසුපසින් සිටින්නේ යුරෝපය සහ ඇමරිකාවයි.
